Register using proxy

No, I didn't forget, it's just that I couldn't remember all the
settings. I tried to document it here:
http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/PJSIP_IMS, but it's by no means
complete. So for now your best bet is to scan pjsip/sip_config.h and
pjsua.h to see for options that look related to IMS, and see if
changing it helps.
