PJSIP on Symbian phone works!

i didn't mean about Open C. i saw in pjlib file include  "
	SYSTEMINCLUDE  \epoc32\include\libc " , which i think not available
in 2nd but available in 3rd and next release SDK. ( as i remember with
my installation, i didnt find any file on that location on 2nd edition
SDK )
