PJSIP on Symbian phone works!

Hi Atik,

Symbian port of PJSIP works well with 'libc' bundled with standard SDK.
You dont need the 'new' Open C to build PJSIP on Symbian.
PJSIP already uses native API for networking (RSocket), some parts
still needs libc, like file, time, and string format (sprintf family) API
which is bundled with the standard SDK.
