Do anybody has tried to compile pjsip libraries with Windriver vxworks 5.5 or later version

I have two Questions to clarify:

  1. I just want to know do any body has tried to compile pjsip
libraries with Windriver  vxworks  5.5 or later version.
  2. Is PJSIP application suitable for an IPBX. I see it is more
suited for an endpoint solution.

Some tips will really help in evaluating PJSIP for an hardware which
supports 200+ ports.
