Yes that has been tried as well, the commented line next to that one has been used as well (it had "*" as SIP_REALM)

It looks like your realm is wrong. Try to use "*" (wildcard) as your
realm instead.

Btw you should be able to search for that error in pjsip website, as
this issue has been discussed many times in this list.
