Checking received NOTIFY requests

I'm trying to parse a received SIP request to check if that contains
Message-Waiting parameter

The received request is like this one :
*******************************************************
Subscription-State: terminated;timeout
Content-Type: application/simple-message-summary
Content-Length: 65

Messages-Waiting: no
Message-Account: sip:1016 at .....

********************************************************

Thanks.
