PJSIP library listens on a different host IP

Hi all;

Could any one tell me in which part of the code in pjsip does this
determination of the the host IP take place?

I have found some files such as pjsip/src/pjsip/sip_transport.c and
sip_uri.c and others; but cant figure out where
exactly this host IP is retrieved.
