Is there a way to determine which codec is being use for a call with pjsua?
I can use pjsua_call_dump and parse the results, but I was hoping there
might be an API that I missed.

No API to get the media stream of the call yet, but you can implement the
on_stream_created()/on_stream_destroyed() pjsua callbacks to get the media
session instance, and get the stream info to get the codec.
