turnserver.org is pretty much the only one that I know of too. There is a
TURN server code in pjnath, but I never intend this to be used as a real
server, just for testing. And there is a service from numb.viagenie.ca, but
it's not open source. I've tested with few others, but they don't have any
service nor are they open source.
