pjsua pb with micro and speaker

Hi Samuel, we are doing an ARM port and have experienced similar problems,
you might check if the resampling algoritms runs, this is quit time
consuming. So make sure the sound device samples with 8 kHz.

    - 4 : CPU is high but with *--ec-tail 0, **--clock-rate 8000, *the 
communication is possible, but the voice is metallic !!
    - 5 : not for me (ipod/iphone)
    - 6 : I redevelop sound device because port_audio doesn't work on 
ipod/iphone

Do you have ideas ?
