I don?t know pjsip how to traverse symmetric NAT,

But I think , if have udp keep-alive packet , we can traverse any NAT type
,include sysmmetric nat

But without using TURN,is it possible for UDP based media to traverse

I think ICE statck not use turn client to send turn message

I asked pjsip's author benny at before this , he said turn protocol only a
draft , not RFC

Isn't right?? benny

I can understand the TURN client and TURN server STANDALONE code. But my
question was where in the ICE library does the TURN client API get called? In
other words, how does ICE stack use send TURN Allocate message and process
the response?

Hi,

Where in the code does the ice capable application(after detecting the NAT
type) send the TURN Allocate Request(if the NAT type is Symmetric)?

Thanks & Regards
