Problem sound media on windows

Hi Benny,

Yes I have defined because libresample doesn't work on Nintendo DS
#   define PJMEDIA_RESAMPLE_IMP     PJMEDIA_RESAMPLE_NONE
#   define PJMEDIA_HAS_SPEEX_AEC        0

When I comment the first line, pjsua work fine on windows.
