I thought that is linked by "mswsock"? - Because that one is already linked:

-lM:\pj-sip\pjlib\lib\libpjlib-i386-win32-vc8-debug.a -s  -lnetapi32
-lmswsock -lws2_32 -lodbc32 -lodbccp32 -loleaut32 -lole32
