Guess I'm about to become crazy with this stuff, I miss the ease of developing under linux :p anyway, after installing the platform sdk and directx sdk, I still had the "DSound.h" error, so i had to add manually the include and lib path to VS2005. after that, PortAudio compiled successfully without any warnings, but suddenly ... Error 1 error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol Pa_GetHostApiCount referenced in function pjmedia_snd_init pjmedia_wince.lib Error 2 error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol Pa_Initialize referenced in function pjmedia_snd_init pjmedia_wince.lib Error 3 error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol PaUtil_SetDebugPrintFunction referenced in function pjmedia_snd_init pjmedia_wince.lib etc. etc. until error no. 42 (nice number actually) some kind of lib path error (same kind of error as when "ld" fails to find a .so/.a lib under linux).
