That would be workable.

That way I could determine on a case-by-case basis if I wanted the 
wsdl-cached.

How about a "recache" option?  This would reload the wsdl into the cache 
if there were a change in the wsdl that needed to be reloaded into the 
cache.

Could it not be a solution to add an option to the constructor instead of
using ini_set? Eg. add the option DISABLE_WSDL_CACHE to the available
options. Default offcourse should be whatever was configured in php.ini.
