DIME support

Hello,

   Does PHP Soap have DIME support available?  I am getting this error
as php is trying to parse the wsdl file:

 

SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Unknown required WSDL extension
'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2002/04/dime/wsdl/'

 

I've been searching all over the internet and can't find much of
anything that relates PHP Soap to DIME...
