Is there a known problem with the PHP SOAP server functions and the "soapenc:Array" type ?
as far as I know, no. Please file a bug so that this is on record. But you should find out the real PHP error message first, "The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers" is a generic Apache error message.
