Re: SOAP maintainership

I don't think I will have the time to be a long term maintainer, but
one of my goals over the next few months is to get PHP's SOAP toolkits
working with eBay's SOAP server and WSDL files.

From playing around, this will probably result in either bug reports
(or hopefully patches) because we do lots of, shall I say, interesting
things. Unfortunately, you can do these things in .NET and Java. :)

Right now, my order of interest is ext/SOAP, Shane's PHP 5 port of
PEAR SOAP, and then finally the current PEAR SOAP release.

However, if in the course of my explorations, I can fix some other
bugs on the margin, I would be willing to do this.

Patches are great too, they will help development.

Don't hesitate to send me patches on either pear::soap current release or cvs. For ext/soap it is better to ask on the pecl list. Actually, for any patches open a bug report on pear.php.net so that I don't loose track of it through my poor mail management.

I promise i'll try to be better on applying the patches people send.

Arnaud.
