[SOAP] .Net and PHP

I am doing i little research to comunicatte a windows iis/.Net Server and a Linux/Apache/PHP
server 
 
I need to use an autentication system in the .NET server so i saw wddx, xml_RPC and now soap 
 
Anyone with the same enviroment could give me some guidelines?
