Hi,

just tried and it works well. (php 4.3.2, linux)

That was command-line, did not try under apache but it shouldn't be any different.

 php soap_car.php
Array
(
    [0] => Australia
    [1] => Belgium
    [2] => Canada
    [3] => China
    [4] => France
    [5] => Germany
    [6] => Greece
    [7] => Italy
    [8] => Japan
    [9] => Singapore
    [10] => Spain
