[SOAP] Little Help Please?

I'm trying to put together a really simple "Hello World" example... and 
I'm getting a SOAP Fault back.

I don't know how to get a wire (I tried to echo $soap_client->wire and 
echo $soap_client->__get_wire()), but you can see the dump of the 
returned SOAP_Fault object here:

Any help is appreciated.. if you need source, I'll be happy to provide them.
