hi i have a oscommerce 2.2 release on a FC3 distro with php 4.3.10 and mysql 4.1. My problem is with the encoding. I use UTF-8 encoding (greek) in Firefox browser as with my database and all its tables and columns. Also my pages have the ...charset=UTF-8"> tag. When i am inserting a row with the administration panel of oscommerce this happens. Value added first place: ÎÎÎÎÎÎÏ ÎÎÎÎÎÏÎÎÏ value shown in db: ÃÂÃÂÃ?ÃÂÃâÃÂÃâ ÃâÃÂÃâÃÅÃÂÃÂà Value shown in the oscommerce after retrieved from db: ÎÎÎÎÎÎÏ ÎÎÎÎÎÏÎÎï (you have to use utf8 encoding in your browser to see the value exactly i think) Next if i go through php_Admin and set the value this is what i get.
