Quick work around: Dump the MySQL data into a comma delimited file and then pick it up with MS Word Document Form to be merged. Then with the MS Task Scheduler I would schedule to open the document to print automatically and/or research with MS to email automatically. The current form is a WORD doc, and we type in the information needed and print/PDF/E-Mail the form to the appropriate people. What I would like to do is use the WORD form and place the MySQL data into that form. I didn't see a real easy way to do this, and was hoping that someone may have some insight on how to do this.
