I have a need to extract data from MySQL via PHP (which I can do easily) but I need to put that data into a form. The current form is a WORD doc, and we type in the information needed and print/PDF/E-Mail the form to the appropriate people. What I would like to do is use the WORD form and place the MySQL data into that form. I didn't see a real easy way to do this, and was hoping that someone may have some insight on how to do this.
