apt-get install mysql-server httpd php php-mysql
Don't have apt for RedHat? Download this:
http://ftp.freshrpms.net/pub/freshrpms/redhat/8.0/apt/apt-0.5.5cnc6-fr0.rh80.1.i386.rpm
and run 'rpm -i' on it. There's no better way to install software than apt. Prefer a graphical installer? Do this:
apt-get install synaptic
