so for $_POST['copy'] I have to go....

$myrow['copy'] = $_POST['copy']

?

You have to find all references to globals that were posted, and change
them.  Such as $_POST['submit'] and $_POST['copy'].  Also you have hard
coded values on the values on the insert that you might want to change
to something more meaningful.
