A. I think the "php3_" isn't a good sign. B. You should remove whatever you found on the web and downloaded. C. Copy all the DLL's in the dll folder (under your PHP folder) to C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 D. Re-copy the php.ini-recommended from your PHP folder to C:\WINNT\php.ini and see if it stops looking for php3.
