I don't think these two are very comparable. True, PgSQL is getting closer and closer to Oracle, but Oracle is still ahead, especially in how it handles objects, PL/SQL and relational logic. But, doesn't it matter to you whether you have to pay the license or not? pgSQL is an Open Source, Oracle is a lot of money...
