I just checked and register_globals are on in php.ini. I have also previously been in the httpd.conf in my previous attempts to fix this problem. I have googled my fingers off and all fixes have mentioned the conf file for apache. I have played with "options ExecCGI" as well as other options as per google search results. BTW...
