Multipale Distance Calculation

Hi,
I want to calculate a multiple city distance in KM by google map api.
for example
i have a one source: Pune and Destination multiple like as (Arekere,Shivajinagar,BTM,Bannerghatta road etc)
these distance i want to calculate by Google Map Api.
In one time i put one source and different destination it will give the distance(KM).
