Are you talking about e google looks like search? Typing "Dav" it will
be showned "David Backam", "David Copperfild" and so on?

There's a jQuery plugin that do this. Of course you need to save any
search and aggregate it to show the keywords as well as possible.

Try making a web search for that plugin.
