Hi , It seems you may have given a password for the mysql . So when trying to start phpmyadmin , the configuration file for the phpmyadmin will not be having any password. You can get more information from google to set the password for phpmyadmin for your wamp and xampp as I don't have both . But its available in the forums of wamp or xampp .
