I fail to see the problem. People use Windows everywhere. They also use Macs and Linux boxes. I also fail to see why you're posting this problem to a PHP list. Reinstall Windows or install a different OS. Install antivirus software if you choose to reinstall Windows and keep it updated. Stop opening stuff that could potentially have a virus and scan anything you're unsure about.
