Hi man, I am not familiar in Frameworks . But I have worked some what similar in frameworks like zend . I don't agree it slows down the developing speed. For eg : Forms are really a mess, frameworks really help in developing quick easy forms with validation ( server and client ) . I don't know about all. 2 ) Security is increasing . You can read about various attacks for webbsites . It will be less when using frameworks like symfony and all . 3 ) Its hard to learn , but when you are familiar its the easiest one :-) . It may be something like you start walking as a kid 4 ) Many plugins ll be available :-) . I was looking for a firm with frameworks . But have not found one near my place. :( . Anyway I am trying to learn myself .
