   htaccess problem.

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^domain\.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.domain.com/$1 [L,R=301]
#RewriteRule ^(know|aboutus|contact)(([/]+([#@a-zA-Z0-9-\ _\.\(\)])*)*)$ /index.php?cat=$1&mbi=$2

 i need add subdirectory but error 404 ..
