Hi Joe,
I don't get any code of it. Just gave an example only to tell its not problem with php. You can look what the title says "Problem in css while using PHP". I tried to point it out its not pblm with php and with the design itself. So he needs to look as you said with out adding php codes first .

            I don't know where Hari got your code from, but it sounds like  

Firefox is doing the correct thing and IE is the one with problems.
