The content disposition is simply a HTTP header that tells the web server about the file, the original file name in your case. The file data itself is not part of the HTTP headers, so has to be accessed manually through the RAW_POST_DATA, because your camera does not use HTML forms. Have you tried saving the RAW_POST_DATA to see what it looks like?
