Take an account .. they will provide you with a template which u have to integrate with your code
thats all
google them and tak with their sales/ corruspondence person
.. and another is u can configure the server for that ...

Ummm...is relatively easy. What you need to do is get a good SMS gateway like clickatell (http://www.clickate ll.com/) then code a script or download one from phpclasses.org (http://www.phpclass es.org/browse/ package/2014. html) to communicate with their API, I have found their coverage very good.
