Hi Sudhakar,
You are getting error only for checkbox and radio buttons..
If you don't check any option in the group, you won't get that value in the action file.
Like that, you can not get the values of radio button without having default checked attribute in the radio groups.
Better coding for checking radio and checkbox posted values:
if (isset($_POST['checkbox_name'])) {
........
}
if (isset($_POST['radio_name'])) {
.........
}

i have tried cbox[] radioname[] however i keep getting
