Thanks for your help. I will search in OSCommerce. But these are addons. How can i use that in my site? I have got the API documentation for UPS online shipping tool. I have compared with the phpclasses ups code. Everything is okay. But still i can get the sample label only from UPS.
You told me that you had used FedEx. So, please send me the API documentation or integration tools if you have them.

I would send it but I don't have it since I do not use UPS...
I have FedEx and USPS addons for CREloaded and OSCommerce if you need
them though...

Hope those help but UPS should have API documentation that gives the
correct calls for quotes too.....
