A word of warning!!!!
Using the 'count' properties will not necessarily return back the result you
expected, as I've been finding out :).
This is because Word will count all the meta-data included with the document,
such as the Author, as well as the actual text on the page.
Instead, you can use some of the pre-built counts (also viewable on the
'Statistics' screen) to get the required information :-
