Ive figured out the problem. my other subdomains are working fine no problem.
I went into the server-info for my admin area of my account/ISP & it is telling me a different document-root. Fixed my script & the log reports are now writing.
(wondering why my other scripts are not breaking - using the incorrect root)
I'll fix those in time.
