If you wrote code in PHP language, this needs to be processed by PHP
interpreter.
Neither Android, nor Windows, nor GNU/Linux, nor MacOS interpret PHP
language but the PHP software.
If you want to run PHP code in X (Android) environment, you must install
PHP interpreter to that environment.
