Do you only need to send
messages, such as notifications, or do you want to support communication
within your members, such as a group? If the first then phplist is
likely a good choice. I am not familiar with it.
If you want something that supports a group, such as this mailing list,
then I assume phplist will not do that.

exceed 200.
They will sent from my web host.
My first review says the php mail function is not good for large
numbers
of emails and I should look at PEAR.
PEAR would be new to me, so I am asking for any other suggestions.
