Re: Redefining the acronym for PHP

I work in UI/UX. The discipline has changed its name 2-4 times over the past 15-20 years. The name change has not helped promote UI/UX as a discipline.

Why do we need a new name for PHP? It’s already well-known, it runs WordPress and Drupal, and much of the Internet as well. If it isn’t broken, why fix it?
