Displaying images

["Miller, Terion" <tmiller@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

I am trying to get an image to display but I get nothing if done like this:

   <tr>
            <td>Scout Photo:</td>

   <td><img src="<?php echo $row['ePhoto'];?>"></td>

</tr>
          

If I just echo the field I do get the file name....
