Not to mention Paypal has a shadyness about them. I've been bitten by them. Since they're not a bank they don't need to do anything for you. Theoretically it's not "your money" - they're holding money earmarked for you (and collecting interest) ... they can put a hold on your account, take the money, lose it, etc... and your only recourse is to try to sue it back from them...
