We did credit card processing. They deployed the terminals to customers. They'd load the customer's data onto them, box, ship 'em. Her job was to ship them. He had a chart of how much each type of terminal weighed. She said they were ripping off UPS because the data is never the same, and some have more data, and will weigh more. They went back and forth for 10 minutes. She became hostile about it. A couple of our other IT guys tried to explain data had no weight. She ended up getting fired over it.
