While you may feel that, that generally isn't true. I feel that all regulars on this list are here to help, and that includes everyone.
If someone publishes something to the list, we read it for what it says. If the person doesn't express what they want well enough, then it's open for us to comment as we feel fit.
That doesn't mean we are making fun of someone who doesn't write English good, but rather providing feedback that what they wrote didn't convey what they wanted. IMO, that's better than ignoring them.
