Why don't you just test it?
for( $i=0; ; $i++ )
{
$kk[$i]=1;
}
Attempt#1 - 130000 keys, stopped due to memory limit *M.
Attempt#2 - 8380000 keys, memlimit 512M.
Attempt#3 - 29580000 keys, memlimit 2G.
